Srivaari Aqua Care Pharma Private Limited was incorporated on 7 May 2025 and is recognised as a startup by the Department for Promotion of Industry and Internal Trade. We convert marine raw material into high-protein feed ingredients, fish oils and marine derivatives using a steam-drying process that protects nutrition.
Our model brings feed, farming support and healthcare products together in one ecosystem, so aquaculture and livestock producers get consistent quality with the distribution and technical support to use it well.

From fresh catch to batch-numbered dispatch.
Every kilogram travels the same controlled route, with metal detection at intake and magnetic separation before packing.

Raw material intake
Fresh raw fish received, inspected and passed through a metal detector.

Cooking
Controlled cooking prepares the material for separation of oil and solids.

Screw press
Press liquor and press cake are separated for parallel processing.

Decanter & separator
Stick water is decanted and centrifuged to recover clean fish oil.

Evaporation
Protein water is concentrated into fish soluble paste.

Steam drying
Press cake is steam dried, protecting protein quality and digestibility.

Pulverising & cooling
Dried cake is ground, cooled and screened to a uniform particle size.

Sieving & de-metalling
Magnetic separation and sieving guarantee a clean finished meal.

Batch packing & dispatch
Finished fish meal and fish oil packed with batch numbers and dispatched.
Tested every batch, documented every dispatch.
In-house quality control samples each production run before packing. Finished fish meal and fish oil leave the plant with batch numbers and a test record.
